This is the new arrangement of the tables and chairs for my restaurant. You call this arrangement as the "Island-type". In my resto, as you see, I have 2 islands: One island has 2 waiters and 2 chefs while the other island has 2 chefs and 1 waiter. Island-type arrangement helps you earn gourmet points very fast since waiters doesn't have to walk to much therefore minimizing the time of serving the dish to the client.
